"
It also punishable by imprisonment as well as a period of not less than one year, and a fine of not less than 50 thousand dirhams and not more than a million dirhams, or one of the penalties of both the illegal entry on a communications network, or used unlawfully any service of telecommunications services.
The program "Skype" offers several services, including those that require a license from the Commission, a telephone communications.
